Job Responsibilities
  • To maintain timely interaction with the merchandising team/ supply chain/ supplier for inhouse materials that are in the pipeline
  • To ensure on-time receipts and delivery of goods as per production requirements.
  • To maintain and ensure proper documentation, reporting, and stock keeping process.
  • To ensure safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch.
  • Ensure on-time materials receipts that are in the pipeline and dispatch accordingly.
  • Maintain proper documentation, report, and stock keeping process.
  • Ensure goods and stored correctly with quantity and 5S.
  • Verify the quantity of challan & to ensure the accuracy;
  • Check & verify MRIR/GRN/RIN copy with challan.
  • Ensure materials incoming and outgoing records are in Excel & ERP.
  • Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, and Quality checking of accessories as per the procedure.
  • To Ensure daily/weekly/monthly stock report.
  • Update daily consumption, receiving of any materials, daily stock status, etc. as well as need to ensure store reorder level, and overstock level.
  • Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
