Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze the market in order to identify new growth opportunities.
  • 3s & 2s service reporting: product support, customer satisfaction.
  • Workshop revenue: labor/oil/parts.
  • Dealer manpower - Appointment and Training/Coaching.
  • Monitoring and collection of competitor information.
  • Capacity utilization and productivity study.
  • Service quality audit.
  • Waste management: dealer parts business (order, retail and inventory).
  • Infrastructure enhancement (workshop capacity, tools & equipments).
  • Planning / conducting service promotional activities.
  • Maintain two-wheeler warranty record registrar daily
  • Submit and punch warranty claims to HMCL and HNBL web portal every month.
  • Prepare warranty invoice for every reimbursement of parts FOB under HMCL instruction for month basis
  • Collect data from field for quality improvement of product
  • Solve severe and difficult technical problem of bikes
  • Overall coordination of service and cross functional departments
  • Ensure quality EVTR and submit warranty parts
  • Prepare warranty MIS and update reports on daily basis
  • Warranty settlement and lead time management
  • Ensure Daily, Weekly & Monthly Job Reports.
  • Carry out any other assignments delegated/instructed by the Line Manager.

  • Flexible about mobility as the job requires HIGH frequency of Travelling.
  • The applicant must have to be well organized in MS Excel & Daily Reporting.

  • Must have time management skills & problem solving mentality.
  • Flexibility to adjust with change management process.
  • Should have good communication & coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge on MS office software packages (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point).
  • Should be flexible for extended working hours if necessary to complete job.
