Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, generate & hunt textile & apparel content
  • Generate story ideas for writing staff.
  • Manage writing staff and freelance content producers.
  • Approve content, appearance and layout of featured articles.
  • Oversee photography, design and artwork to be used in the publication.
  • Comply with media law and industry regulations.
  • Send regular briefs to writers that include deadlines, writing style and fees.
  • Proofread, edit and rewrite articles to meet publication standards.
  • Monitor and manage website contents, newsletters, weekly tabloids
  • Covering different events, press conferences etc. and producing news articles on those.
  • Collecting information and interviews from different textile and clothing industries and industrial zones to develop news articles.

  • Must be well conversant in English (Reading, writing and speaking). Effective communication skill a must.
  • Should have comprehensive knowledge of textile clothing and allied industries. Must be conversant on trade and technical developments of the sectors
