Job Responsibilities
  • Develop an accurate production plan including capacity assessment/planning and scheduling of production.
  • Distribute production plan to the management and all relevant departments including production, sales, marketing, inventory, and others on a daily basis.
  • Work with AGM production for analyzing the production capacity of different production units and the resource requirements as well as coordinating necessary adjustments with the production plan.
  • Monitor and identify any division between the planned production and execution process and work with the AGM production and sales team to relieve production bottlenecks and delays.
  • Submits accurate material procurement plan based on demand and stock conditions by calculating the production material requirements in coordination with AGM production, Inventory in charge, and procurement manager.
  • Identify and resolve problems relating to inventory & production control in coordination with the production, inventory, and procurement, QA team.
  • Manage and control the central control room automation system to make sure a smooth production process.
  • Can identify and distinguish the faults and make sure of an error-free production process.
  • TImely response to the manager for problem solving.

Educational Requirements Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production Industrial Engineering/Management background from any recognized universit
Experience Requirements At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
  • Age at most 29 years
  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing process & requirements, Production planning, and quality control principles.
  • Knowledge in PLC
  • Knowledge of three-phase electricity.
  • Ability to lead and inspire the team in a challenging job atmosphere.
  • Well-groomed, energetic, and able to work under pressure and complete the task within a prescribed time frame.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, hardworking, and positive attitude towards responsibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal & written communication skills both in English and Bangla.
  • Computer skills in ERP.MS Office, email communications, and web-based meeting tools.
