Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure fire safety for the workplace & buildings.
  • Daily fire equipment check & maintain needful action.
  • Conduct fire drill monthly.
  • Weekly/monthly fire training with fire safety team & general workers.
  • Report to management in case of any risk.
  • Daily floor visit & ensure to Floor Compliance and follow up the Daily Compliance Check List given by the higher authority of Admin department.
  • Ensure machine safety equipment's like pulley guard, Motor cover, Bell cover and other safety guard should be in right position as well as ensure that all employees are wearing mask, metal gloves, eye guard, needle guard, goggles, ear plug, gum boot, rubber apron, ear plug etc.
  • Conduct the awareness training program on fire safety, Chemical safety, Electrical safety and health safety, hygiene, cleanliness etc.
  • Conduct all types of Fire & Safety related tasks.

Educational Requirements Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Engineering in Science Educational qualification may be relaxed for the employees of Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense. Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Compliance, Computer skill, M

Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Candidate must have to complete 06 months training from FSCD and must have certificate.
  • Candidate should have knowledge of fire hydrant system, fire drill & industrial evacuation plan when emergency.
  • Working Experience as a Fire & Safety Officer.
  • Should have well knowledge on fire equipment's and firefighting.
  • Have to be hard working.
  • Good inter-personal & communication skills.
  • Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
  • Candidates from Rangpur region will get preference.
