Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the Risk Analysis Unit (RAU) for identifying, quantifying and analyzing all sorts of risks appropriately and timely and their exposure to material loss.
  • Identify, review, analyze, manage and monitor Credit, Market, Liquidity, Reputation, Strategic, Climate/Environment/Social, Model, Legal & Compliance Risk in all products, businesses & support units of IDLC Finance Ltd.
  • Organizing periodic meeting of Risk Management Forum (RMF), circulate the minutes and monitoring the agreed action plan till implementation.
  • Preparation of Risk Management Paper (RMP) and sending it to regulatory body at regular interval & presentation of Risk Management Paper (RMP) in RMF.
  • • Work with business unit to understand business, key drivers, concerns, future plans and offer support to mitigate financial & other relevant risk.
  • Monitoring the implementation of action plans to address low, medium and high risk issues and assign ownership of mitigation actions at department level and monitor outcome. Develop risk assessment program and action plans to mitigate financial & other relevant risks.
  • Review and recommend the risk management processes in line with the industry & global best practices.
  • Preparing monthly reports/ dashboards etc.
  • Periodic Branch visit as and when required.
  • Designing and conducting relevant training/presentation for relevant stakeholders.
Employment Status Full Time
Educational Requirements MBA/BBA majoring in Finance / Accounting from a reputed university. Additional qualification as CA Advanced level candidate or CFA level 3 candidate or Certification on Credit Skill Assessment (CSA) will be considered as an added advantage.
Experience Requirements At least 3 year(s)
