Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for achieving sales objective through his Sales officers’ team.
  • People development and implementation of marketing strategies and CRM.
  • Customer relationship management and developing market intelligence.
  • Feedback to reporting authorities regarding market develop and intelligence.
  • Implementation of PODC as Field Manager.
  • Keeping liaison with various customer associations and bodies etc.
  • Organizing various educational business development programs for the stake holders etc.
  • Proper distribution of brands and adopt techniques to reach patients and educate them.

Educational Requirements Master/ Bachelor of Science (Biological science will get preference)
Experience Requirements 6 to 8 year(s)
Additional Requirements
  • Age 32 to 36 years
  • 1-3 years' as a First Line Manager of pharma market
  • Good communication and computer skills
  • Ability to lead team towards achieving company's objective and ready to work any where in Bangladesh
