Job Responsibilities
  • Receive patient on first visit, taking history, & documenting details.
  • Respond to patients' medical problems by referring to their history, carry out proper diagnosis.
  • Brief patient about advantages of various treatment services available at TotiCell.
  • Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports.
  • Respond to patient queries and explain all procedures regarding product & services of TotiCell.
  • Preserve all necessary documents both Hard Copy & soft copy if necessary.
  • Will be responsible for monitoring and providing general care to patient.
  • Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
  • Maintain liaison with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
  • Keep up-to-date with medical developments, treatment, and medication.
  • Any other tasks as & when assigned by the Management time to time.
