Job Responsibilities
  • On a continuous basis the staff will need to identify, communicate, demonstrate to the prospective stakeholders.
  • Must have good relationship with doctors & industry professionals in order to achieve KPI.
  • Maintain a checklist and data with regards to the clientele
  • Address queries and maintain continuous communication to achieve sales targets
  • Constant communication with relevant authorities
  • Regular communication with the mother company in London, UK.
  • Get approvals and discuss marketing ideas, stock related issues etc.
  • Constantly identifying target market and derive marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with the advertising agency to roll out marketing campaigns.
  • Regular follow ups with customer base, consultants, sales force
  • Work based on the follow up reports to amend/ alter strategies if needed.
  • Create and implement marketing plan within budget, in conjunction with overall business strategy.
  • Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, social media, print communication, and advertising.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge on medical industry.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activity and general healthcare updates.
  • Research and evaluation of new opportunities for the business & customer needs.
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
  • Develop an annual marketing plan which should detail the activity to meet agreed company objectives for the year.
  • Develop & aware of the brand in the market & formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success within the region.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Ensure compliance and set rules with the organization's policies and operational guidelines.
  • Collect customer feedback and market research data within the region.
  • Maintain update information about the products and competitors.
  • Ensure all operational procedures of the company related to documentation, disbursement, collection, and other services to the client.
  • Complete any other ad-hoc (non-regular) responsibilities given by your line manager from time to time etc.

Educational Requirements Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline Skills Required: Computer skill, Hardworking and Passionate. Punctual, Microsoft Office Applications, Proactive, Working under pressure
Experience Requirements At least 3 year(s) The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales and Marketing, Hospital Marketing, Hospital or Diagnostic Centre, Medical College and Hospital, Sales & Marketing The applicants should have experience
