Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare the HR strategy for the group in keeping with the business strategy.
  • Prepare an annual HR budget for the company.
  • Design group level HR & IR policies and ensure successful implementation.
  • Design group key HR processes and ensure successful implementation.
  • Review and approve all employee engagement programs and monitor implementation and feedback from employees.
  • Define, review and adhere to HR operations metrics and service levels like timely processing of salary, accuracy etc.
  • Build the HR functions capability by ensuring adequately skilled HR staff and identifying and developing successors.
  • Drive roll-out of performance management system, target setting, user training and grievance handling.
  • Define compensation strategy of the organization and approve market correction of salaries annually.

Educational Requirements Master/ MBA major in HRM from any reputed university/ PGDHRM from BIM, IPM, BIMS
Experience Requirements At least 15 year(s)

  • Working experience in a multinational company is highly preferred.
  • Retired Armed Forces Personnel will be preferable.
